Create a customer, put a plan under them, and share the plan page as a link. A plan can also be filled through the API — see the README.

The share link is the access: whoever has the URL can see the plan and — if it is switched on for that plan — set statuses and add tasks. A link can be renewed from the plan page, and the old one then stops working.
